Film Synopsis

Vessel explores how a reclusive author's final book, and her subsequent disappearence, continues to have repercussions on the residents of her local town more than 30 years on.

Vessel will be a short film approximately 20 minutes in length. Page 1 of the script can be read below.

Film production

Our aim is to raise a budget of at least £5,000 to cover basic costs e.g. rental of film equipment, travel costs, props and costume.

Shooting is set to start in April/May 2013 on locations in the North-west of England.

As with our previous short Outside (budget £2,500) we will be working with a professional film crew.
